Alide G Series Rotary Gas Flowmeter is a gas flow measurement instrument designed to deliver accurate and reliable gas readings, equipped with advanced features for volume correction and data communication.

This G Series flowmeter integrates gas flow measurement with intelligent volume correction technology (Smart Volume Corrector), such as the SMARC-PTZ model. It is engineered to directly detect live gas temperature and pressure, allowing volume compensation and compressibility factor correction. This enables the flowmeter to measure both the standard flow rate and the total standard gas volume.

The intelligent volume corrector (SMARC) utilizes a low-power microprocessor, stable hardware and software design, and high-precision imported digital temperature and pressure sensors.

The Alide G Series Rotary Gas Flowmeter has a number of key advantages that improve accuracy and ease of use:

• High Accuracy: The base meter accuracy reaches the 1.05 level.
• Wide Measurement Range (Rangeability): Capable of achieving a wide turndown ratio, up to 1:300.
• Low Minimum Starting Flow: The minimum starting flow rate can be as low as 0.016 m3/h.
• Low-Flow Compensation: Equipped with low-flow compensation to ensure accurate measurement at flow rates below 10% FS (Full Scale).
• Anti-Stress Construction: The impeller and body feature high-strength surface treatment with strong anti-stress characteristics, non-contact rotation, and excellent oil lubrication to prevent impeller jamming.
